This Code of Conduct may change from time to time. Future versions will take precedent over superseded versions. The most current version will be made available on the ASK CIRCLE Website.

ASK CIRCLE exists to provide you with foundation to accelerate your path to success. As a Life Member of ASK CIRCLE, you become an ambassador to this CIRCLE, and an influence on each person involved in this CIRCLE.

It is in our common interest to define a high level of conduct that each Life Member can expect from every other Life Member. This Code of Conduct provides you with the guidelines of the standards of conduct that ASK CIRCLE asks each Life Member to adhere to.

Communicating with Life Members

Direct Contact

When receiving a communication with a LM, be courteous and listen to what they have to say. In response, explicit as to whether you can be of value or not. Do not harass or cause distress to another LM. Do not request anything unethical or illegal.

Forums

When participating in forums, be aware that your communication is being read by others. Use forums for sharing learning and opportunities, and discussing topics positively.

Mass Broadcasts

Do not mass broadcasts to LMs unless as parts of a pre-agreed email thread on a particular discussion. Promptly take a respondent of the address list if they request for you to do so. Be sensitive to the quantity of information each LM already receives each day, and do not use mass broadcasts to LMs to advertise unsolicited opportunities, make requests, markets products or express opinions.

Events

At events, participate with integrity and with the intention to contribute to the experience of other attendees. Do not create a disturbance or take on a negative stance with any attendees or with the organizers of the event. If you have agreed to certain responsibilities such as crewing at an event, fulfill those responsibilities.

Intention of Communication

In all instances of communication, use the LM network to share learning, opportunities and contacts, and to provide positive support. The LM network is an explicitly positive network of belief courage and action. There are enough others negative forums we can access if we choose to. Do not Spread complaints, criticisms, doubts, fear and anxieties of any LM ASK CIRCLE, the governments, the state of the economy, anyone who is not an LM or part of ASK CIRCLE or in fact anything at all through any communication channel available to you at ASK CIRCLE, as this is not the intension of LM network. If you have any complaint, criticism, doubts, fears and anxieties with any LM, with ASK CIRCLE or any one else, take the matter up directly with the relevant person and resolve your issue.
